For the purposes of the relevant data protection legislation Aticus Law Limited is a “Data Controller” including the GDPR for the information it collects in relation to marketing, recruitment and employment purposes.

Aticus Law Limited also acts as a “data processor” for provision of legal services a separate privacy notice in relation to this is available.

We may have links to third party websites and digital platforms which are provided for your convenience. Aticus Law are only responsible for the privacy practices and security of our own digital platforms and therefore we recommend that you check the privacy and security of every other website and digital platform that you visit.
